The lady at the front is an AMAZINGLY friendly and very kind to customers. She explained about the area thoroughly and well communicated throughout our hotel stay. We loved the hotel it was sparkling clean inside and very cute. This made my trip so much more fun and location was perfect! So much places around to have fun.

We loved our studio room at the House on Pink Street. Joanna was very helpful during check in. My hubby and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary. She gifted us a bottle of wine and cupcakes- such a special treat! The street can be a bit noisy at night do to the restaurants and bars but we were not bothered by it.

Joanna, the host, was delightful. She was so friendly and helpful. She filled her fridge with free drinks and offered snacks every day. Living room was really spacious and they received pink toilet paper because of its location on Pink Street. The area is hopping with tons of bars and restaurants. It can be loud at night, but Joanna provided us with earplugs. My only small quibble is with the bathroom… I think it could use a little cart added for toiletries and makeup bags.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Wonderful trip!

Convenient location. Loved having kitchen and laundry. Nice to have the support of hotel staff. Great communication. Breakfast was boxed goods (lots of separate takeaway bexes). Seemed wasteful. We chose not to participate after the first morning.

The House on Pink Street was a fantastic home base for exploring Lisbon. The young lady that checked us in was fabulous. She stored our luggage until our apartment was available, gave us a breakfast recommendation nearby as we had an early flight arrival. There were lots of little perks, a welcome basket with snacks, bottle of wine, cool drinks in the fridge. While I felt the price per night was a little high overall, I do feel like the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Despite the location close to Pink street, the active night life did not keep us awake. Our room was incredibly well sound proofed. I’d highly recommend this location for a stay in Lisbon.

Amazing staff and fantastic place to stay

This was a super cool unit. Clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The unit was modern and quiet despite being on Pink Street.

Overall this was the best experience one can possibly have. Although it was located on Pink street, the noise never bothered us as the windows have sound proofing covers. Staff was extremely communicative, and very nice. Its the small things they do, giving my daughter a daily surprise everyday. The cleaning service is a full service including dishes wash. It felt like a 7 star service.
