A money grab at every turn. Resort was like a concentration camp — no one is allowed to leave, for fear you might spend your cash on an authentic well-cooked meal as opposed to their rubbery Westernized noodles. Staff was rude. If ur not paying up, u are ignored and sent to the dungeon.

Excellent hotel and great staff

Pros: - Room size - kids slides are very entertaining Cons: - doesn’t feel luxury in the slightest - kids club looks good until you see all the broken toys and the staff on their phones instead of interacting with the kids - sun loungers get taken from you if you leave for 40 mins or longer. So basically you can’t return post lunch. - be sure to check the boat timing to / from the island as they only run certain hours and if you need to privately hire it’s $850 sgd for one way (35 mins)

Beautifully clean hotel & rooms Would we stay again?? Sadly, probably not

Everything was lovely. Perhaps a little over landscaped and not very natural, but I am being really picky here. Very , very clean. Staff were lovely and food was great

Modern and great rooms as the rest of the respirer is - new, modern, clean and overall just very nice place to stay. Amazing hotel

The check-in was late and very disorganized. After the delay, it was presented to us as if we were receiving an “upgrade,” but in practice we were placed in a family area with water slides directly in front of our balcony, instead of the sea-view room that was originally booked. Only after insisting were we moved to the correct room, which happened about one hour after the hotel’s official check-in time. In addition, the prices at the hotel were very expensive by any standard, including the spa and the hotel’s restaurants.
