Cheval Maison The Palm truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and helpful—anything we needed was taken care of right away. The location, right in the heart of Jumeirah Palm Dubai, couldn’t be more perfect. And a special shout-out to the housekeeping team, especially Bhumij Nipesh, who was respectful and kept our room in immaculate condition. Hotel staff was very nice! Very very clean hotel!

We loved this place. We had some issues coming in and the team made it right, right away. It was 5 star service from the bell men to the front desk humans including Reem. Even leaving, Norbort from Uganda helped my little girl name her doll- and ensured we were ready to go with bags and smiles. Highly recommend. We will be back , but for longer.

Bed is rock hard - washer and dryer is just one small unit that doesn’t work properly although could be different in other units. Would say this is a 3 maybe 3.5 star hotel max
