It was freezing, no hot water. Room was low budget, door did not close properly. The dogs were barking all night. Was not a good experience

Ali was very nice and helpful. Very good dinner and breakfast service. The dinner service was really good even as the Buffett wasn't offered when there's very few people at this time of the year, excellent food and value!

This place was exactly what I expected it to be: remote, surrounded by stunning nature but with all the modern amenities. Cleanliness of rooms was good, there was heating via a.c. The main highlight was of course the personal outdoor hot tub, which made my stay unforgettable.
Small details that could elevate the experience even further: slippers, bathrobe and a mat in the bathroom.
