Excellent hotel! We enjoyed staying here! World Cup match on rooftop!

Biggest issue was they instituted an exchange rate of 3900 pesos instead of the 3450 that was accurate during the last 30 days. Last time it was 3900 was in sept and we visited in June. I saw someone else criticize this but I didn’t understand how a Hilton brand hotel would actually set out to cheat a customer. Our suite rate was $500. They used the bogus exchange rate and then entered that into the credit card reader. Could have just entered the usd amount and let visa do the exchange rate rate. I argued. They gave me some bs about political upheaval and hard times. Had two rooms that were both in the building set away from the main hotel. It was a deserted building with no one else in it and definitely no atmosphere. Our “penthouse suite had a moisture issue and a few other maintenance issues. Second room was great and rather grand for a standard room. Breakfast was good, Some cook to order eggs, fruit and assortment of bread. Breakfast staff was very kind but overworked. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Probably the best of the categories

Old building but nice and clean. Staff is helpful. Perfect location and very safe

Beautiful, quiet property and very nice room, the private plunge pool and terrace were a phenomenal touch. Could use some maintenance and definitely needed a larger wardrobe. Also needed better lighting in the bathroom area. All staff was absolutely great and helpful in assisting.

our initial room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke and we had to change the room. To have an extractor in the toilet would also be beneficial. And the AC was very difficult to manage/change (remote not working).

Excellent hotel in a safe area of Cartagena. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Safe to walk at night. The staff is kind and friendly.

Staff was very accommodating and hotel is centrally located.

The stay in Nácar Hotel Hilton was excellent for several reasons. The breakfast was really good and was included under our stay. We could choose from both the menu and from the buffet. The hotel was close to several very good restaurants in the region they arranged for a boat trip to Rosario Island through a Tours company. Very nice staff professional, both of the restaurant and front desk. The AC was cooling a little too strong one day and the thermostat could not be adjusted and when we reported that they fixed it very promptly thank you for the senior staff at the restaurant who we’re taking personalized car for customers

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean. Good breakfast. The pool area could use more staff.

Nice sized room. Helpful staff. Great location. I would stay again.
