I've never experienced a contactless check in/check out at a hotel so that was a first, overall great time. The rooms reminded me of an apartment and it was incredibly cozy. Definitely would come back to this hotel in the future.

Very nice stay!! Close to everything and room was really nice!! Only thing I would change is the couch haha but had a great time staying at the property

Needed to upgrade to a larger space because my son decided to join at the last minute. The two bedroom and two bathroom split down with living room and kitchen was perfect. Very private and I love Bywater.

Quiet area. Cool arts area with some really good local flavor food. Rachel the manager was great when I had difficulties getting the door code to work. But she handled it well.

I think the rooms can be repainted just a bit but I love the place

The floors were very dirty when we arrived. My feet turned black after like 30 minutes of walking barefoot. There was dust on the fans & surfaces. Previous guests food was still in the freezer. There was basically an empty roll of toilet paper in one bathroom then only 1 other roll in the place (have to supply your own). Overall location & property was nice. Just could be better maintained for guests.

The room was very nice and so was the pool and the host. Very friendly place

I wasnt expecting an early check in fee. We were 2 hours early and had to wait although the room was ready. Someone hacked our tv and kept turning it on in the middle of the night. Something happened with their system and I had to cancel my credit card. The location to French quarter is nice bad and the property is nice. The room was ok. Only had one window.

Only used the room for one night but plan to return! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living room, pool and hot tub. Walking distance to Bywater bakery, easy drive to downtown Amazing staff, greeted us by name and escorted us to our room Highly recommended!

This hotel was much better than we expected. The security was excellent - every door had a special access code so we felt very safe. Our suite had a fridge, stove, dish washer and washer dryer. The couch and bed were very comfortable. One thing I will note: the fan has one speed, slow and AC doesn’t go below 68°. As east coast residents we would have liked it to be cooler, but this by no means changed our opinion of this property. We found most restaurants in the area are either open early or not until 5, but the French Quarter is an easy uber ride or a nice walk. We really enjoyed exploring the Bywater neighborhood!
