The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. WiFi was not good. Staff were helpful.

Coffee guys, Sham, was super helpful and very polite. Most other were also nice but the person at check in treated us like a time share pitch to buy tours and shamed us for not wanting to book their overpriced tours. Bought an airport pickup and they did not show up and we had to get a taxi. Rat in the room - wife freaked but thankfully we were checking out.

The rooftop/restaurant has a nice view of the pyramids. Delicious food and plenty of options as well. Great location to visit the GEM and Great Pyramids. Not far to get into Cairo. Water can be finicky. The staff is a delight and very welcoming and helpful.

All amenities were good as we were there for only 3 nights however I must mention Aladdin who helped us putting an itinerary together for us which was amazing...put packed in the Pyramids, The New Museum, Nile dinner cruise, Saqqara, Memphis trip and and Cairo city tour...The guide and driver we had was amazing and explained everything to us...we had them for the 3 days so got to know them really well...even took us to places that the locals went to so we really got to immerse ourselves in Egyptian cuisine and culture...Fantastic!!

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Très près du Sphinx et du plateau fe Gizeh. Le personnel était toujours aimable et respectueux. Nous pourrions y retourner sans problème.

Clean hotel but a little dated. View of pyramids from breakfast area. The breakfast is basic but the restaurant offers excellent dinners. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience. Staff is very nice and helpful and we felt welcome. Location is very central and easy to find. Obviously its egyptian style hotel and its a bit different from european hotels, but i think its a great find especially for much more affordable price

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! At night, you could hear the road noise (car horns) and the construction behind the property was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was good as was the rooftop restaurant. The free airport transfer that was included is one way only so be prepared for that return cost.
