車で行きました。駐車場は広いですし近くにあるのでそこは便利。部屋は使用感はありますが掃除は行き届いているので快適に滞在出来ました。ただ部屋にｗｉｆｉが届かずロビー付近だけなのは残念。スタッフは親切で気持ちの良い旅が出来ました。

全体的には古い感じはあったけど良かった！また来たい

ロケーション良し　料理　心のある料理、お部屋も清潔　かなり高評価のリピートしたくなる素敵なお宿です。

お風呂で他のお客様とアクシデントがあったのですが対応のおかげで助かりました。

施設が老朽化している 浴場に行く際も床がペタペタしていた 階段も所々欠けていたり古さが気になる 朝食のバイキングは品数が多くてそれだけは満足

Only one concern is that the wifi is available only around the reception area, not in guests room.

Very comfortable stay at clean and large room with big onsen.

I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! A public bath, karaoke, arcade, bowling, an izakaya, etc. Probably the only thing I would like is wifi in the room (it's only otherwise found in the lobby). But other than that, a wonderful experience I am glad to have had!

Great place to stay. Great location. The room was nice and clean.

The actual condition of the hotel is quite different from the photos shown online. The guestroom itself was acceptable but showing its age. The ceiling was peeling (fake woodgrain paper). The only Wi-fi service available is in the lobby which smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The hot-spring baths were nice and the food was good. They did accommodate my vegetarian needs.
