Pros: great staff, beautiful property, wonderful breakfast, comfortable and clean suite, lovely pools, well equipped exercise and spa facilities, good internet in public areas, vocalist was outstanding, shout out to Sara in the restaurant!
Cons: poor internet in suite, inconsistent electricity in our first 2 suites, expensive food, far from many sites and tours and cabs were expensive, signage around property would be helpful

This was paradise. It was peaceful. The staff were so helpful and ever accommodating. The resort is beautiful. The food was fresh and delicious every time! I can’t wait to go back!!!

What a wonderful property and country! Rugged jungle, kind people.
The hotel is the nicest and only full facility resort. Other than the food prices being too high (which made us adventure out) the hotel is amazing!
Highly recommend and thank you to everyone there. Miss you already!

Everything was perfect with the one exception of the staff of the rumfire bar. Horrible service. However all other bars and restaurants were top tier. Spa was lovely as well.

極佳 The property is beautiful. Landscaping is tropical beautiful atriums with sexy pink heliconias. Constant activity of hummingbirds and bananaquits. The pools are large and numerous. With many chaise lounges available and hotel staff available for your drink requests and towels with call buttons at your outside table. Breakfast buffet was first class. Traditional breakfast with Eggs bacon sausage pastries local dishes of salt fish goat curry vegetables fresh fruits yogurt fresh squeezed juices of passion fruit, lime or cherry juice.

The rooms were very spacious and cleaned everyday. The options for breakfast were good and tasty. Spent plenty of time in the pool and the swim up bar, Sherica was a very pleasant bartender. Overall the resort was enjoyable.

The staff was incredible, we made friends with nearly all of the servers and bartenders. It was great! The property is beautiful and we could have easily stayed a whole week just relaxing, not to mention exploring the island!
