Very nice place. To my surprise there is a very nice chapel available to spent time in prayer and meditation. The staff is very friendly and helful. Kudos to Kenneth that was a life saver loaning me an European phone charger and finding a taxi during the 24-hour Strike in Rome. Breakfast is pretty good but the smile and energy of Giovanni were the best. I definitely will stay again. Coffee is excellent. 10/10

Very good, a bit off centre but worth it

Rooms were very clean, close to metro and the staff was very helpful. It’s not the Ritz but the room has everything you need. No American Tv

Everything in the room was comfortable and clean

For the reasonable price this hotel charges, it offers great value. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and while the breakfast isn’t exceptional, it’s perfectly fine. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel with all the high‑end features you’d find in top American hotels, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a well‑priced, clean hotel with welcoming staff, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful especially when we first arrived needed help with a few things. Hotel was clean and provided all the basics we needed small shops and cafes nearby

Staff was amazing and so was the buildingvwry close to a grocery

No breakfast menu. Though about 5 miles to our intended daily travel to St. Peter’s basilica, the uphill / downhill walking to the bus, riding the bus and metro takes a good exhausting 1.5 hours one way. Area did not feel safe to walkabout. Mini grocery for quick food take out was at a distance too. Perhaps younger tourists would not mind. We are in our 70’s and this was a daily challenge for us.

The hotel itself is fine and the staff are very helpful. Because of it’s location it really isn’t suitable for tourists as if you’re out and about sightseeing through the day you can’t really get back to the hotel during the day. Nice place but not where I needed it to be
