低於平均 I was on the 12th floor. Too hot even the AC was not working well. Only two towels were given. Refrigerator probably does not work. It was warm inside. Bed was even very hot.

不錯 Good for single person or young couple for a short stay of 1/2 days maximum. However, the bathroom drain was blocked and shower was leaking constantly.

Stayed here for 3 days and the experiance was very good. I booked room through expedia but the Check in was very swift from hotel and they also allowed me a early check-in. Brother Anmar at the reception was very helpful throughout the stay. Service was very good and the room was also nice and spacious. Bus service available from the hotel to Haram but it is very time consuming and crowded after fajr prayer. Good value for money hotel.
