We stayed in one of the suite apartments for one night recently and it was fantastic, beautifully presented and clean. The communication with the staff was excellent and they are extremely helpful during the check in process with plenty of information which, given the location of the property, could be confusing without. Highly recommend a stay if you are in the area.

Huge pain. Will use hotel next time for sure. Resort fee for an apartment with zero services is a deceptive money grab. Also the hoops required to process check in took over an hour. Nightmare.

Great location and accommodation. The host communicated well. Just be aware that there is no elevator so luggage must be carried up a couple flights of stairs. Still worth it.

極佳 This place lives up to its name. The apartment was luxurious and immaculate. The check-in information was easy to follow. The videos showing us where to go and how things work were very clear and easy to understand.
It's very close to the ferry, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative and made our trip easy and fantastic!
