The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Cockroaches, fire alarms and faulty AC. Unfortunately this hotel was underwhelming from the moment my wife and I walked in. Starting with a loud pub attached to the entrance followed by much smaller than expected rooms. Things got worse when we found cockroaches in the shower and bathroom, the AC worked for the first two nights then stopped working and we were worked up by a fire alarm at 9am on our last night due to a “test” we were not given any prior notice of, needless to say this caused high stress and panic.

Great location for the ferries and restaurants. Fantastic views over to Valletta. A balcony and view is a must. Not the place to come if you want peace and quiet though. The room was large and clean with good air conditioning (an absolute godsend in the heat). The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were excellent. The other staff members were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before our flight home which was really useful.

Great view and large bed but we were given a room that had no shower door which made the shower unusable (we were later moved to a smaller room). The junior suite we had originally booked came with no luxuries whatsoever or the minimum you would expect as we did not even have a shower cap. The hand towel had to be sent back as it had black marks on it. Breakfast wasn't great and was located in the groundfloor pub with screens broadcasting football at all times.

Could not have been more welcoming or conveniently located. Staff especially cheerful and accommodating.

Comfortable and very conveniently positioned hotel. Quiet even though surrounded by busy bars. 24 hour Reception. Lift available to every floor.
