The front desk staff and the rooftop bar staff were excellent. They were professional and personable. My room was kept clean. The outdoor pool was not very desirable and the beach view was dirty. Nothing special about the rooftop area. A rain storm caused the bottoms of my patio curtains to become wet. The high winds blew into the small windows, I had to adjust the curtains to contain the wind.

Horrible stay. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The elevator on our floor didn’t work. After going for a swim with my daughter. We went back to our room to discover the shower didn’t work. The front desk sent maintenance to fix it twice and was unable to fix the problem. Not being able to shower is unsanitary and the front desk didn’t offer to change our room and after checking out without being able to shower management did nothing to accommodate after the fact. Never again

The staff is amazing, can’t say too much about them. The bartenders at the rooftop bar are the best. The two front desk workers bend over backwards for you. I would stay here every time. Location is great!!!

Very nice, Very helpful staffs

Definitely recommend staying here. The staff was very wonderful, they gave us some great information about activities around town. They are also located right next to a food truck and a supermarket which was a plus for my guest and I. The rooms are a bit small to my liking but nonetheless very accommodating. They also have a microwave in some of the rooms which was very helpful with me reheating leftovers, the staff were friendly. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant the food there was good. Overall very nice place to stay. I will be back.

It was okay…could have been better But I loved the space we had in our 2 bedroom family suite.

Everyone at this hotel is beyond sweet!! they made me feel like family and extra special for my birthday without me even asking. They upgraded my room once they found out it was my birthday and I had the most iconic sunrise view that I still think about a month later. They decorated my room and even put the cutest little cheesecake in my fridge. They made my experience memorable, and I will never forget them! All of them! Taneisha, Trammy, Moracy(sorry I messed up your name) and a few others!
