This property was an excellent find. The room was well appointed and quiet. The hotel ambiance was stylish and elegant. Above all, the service was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and the entire team was always focused on providing the very best guest service. Well done to Shahab and his team. I know where I will be staying when next in Jeddah.

Hotel is great with a few exceptions. The shower area is very inconvenient and too narrow. Also equipment at the gym is falling apart and is dangerous for people who may use them. I suggest that they either remove broken machines or mark them with some warning signs.

We feel so lucky to have found this hotel! The staff were so nice! Hospitable and kind. Obviously service is a huge deal here - everyone from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff were amazing. Food and 24 hr room service was superb.
Rooms are quiet and with great AC. Close to large supermarket. ~15 mins to airport by uber.
We will definitely stay here again. C
