Renovation work in progress but a good efficient stop over , staff helpful

The property is old so you cannot expect up to date on everything. The were in a remodeling , main elevator was out. Noisy from construction. They had a party in one of the halls which was loud in our room until late one night. While the meals they had were pretty good and very reasonable in price We were told Buffett menus s for meals . Sunday no buffet.

The worst was the smell all over. Terrible night

Let's start with positives - the receptionist Racquel was fantastic, enjoyed chatting with her. The reception area looks great, the rest of the hotel has seen its glory days and needs refurbishment. Negatives - A couple of cockroaches welcomed us when we entered the room. There was also a wedding reception during our stay, they enjoyed until early hours, which means we can't sleep as we can hear all the loud music in our room, even if it was at the far end of the other side of the hotel.

The hotel was good for what we have paid ‘ There is one guy working there he is so good and professional ‘ he speaks so many languages and helpful and kind in the same time .

Very old hotel

Very noisy at night. Walls are thin in this hotel. Great location close to Montserrat. Beds comfy. Close to highway. Plenty of parking

Great place to stay if you want quiet accommodation and have a car. Far from airport, far from city of Barcelona, far from beach. To stay here, you MUST rent a car at the airport or pay a lot for taxis. There are no ubers in the area. Even train station is a taxi ride away.
