This hotel was really nice, however, the valet parking was an inconvenience due to timeliness.

I booked Signia by Hilton Atlanta for a quiet one-night staycation. The stay itself was comfortable, but the check-in experience was unnecessarily stressful. I arrived around 11:40 a.m. and was told that clean rooms were available, but I would have to pay $75 to check in before 4:00 p.m. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, but the fee was not disclosed on the hotel’s website. After 1:00 p.m., I noticed other guests being checked in and learned they were not charged. Another waiting guest and I returned to the desk and were then checked in without the fee. The original agent never explained that complimentary check-in might become available after 1:00, so I could have remained in the lobby for hours unnecessarily. A huge thank-you to Teneka at the front desk. She was kind, compassionate, and encouraging when I became emotional from the relief and frustration. She completely changed the tone of my arrival. The room was well designed, the bathroom was beautiful, the chaise by the large window was lovely, and the robe was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator, received a complimentary one-hour late checkout, and found a quieter seating area near the lobby while waiting for transportation. Despite the rough start, it was a decent stay. Better communication and more consistent handling of early arrivals would make a big difference.

This was a beautiful hotel. I am very lucky about hotels. But the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was clean! Great amenities. If ur looking for a hotel this is it!

Loved everything about our visit. I recommend booking the “experience the stay” package so you can use the credits at the hotel.

New and clean hotel adjacent to stadiums and a convention center. Food and drink options are limited. Quite a few guests relied on food delivery. The room was clean but housekeeping didn’t service the room during my 3 night stay, even after I called to request a visit.
