温泉のお風呂が広くて快適で、ゆっくりリラックスできました

駐車場が場所によってかなり傾斜があるのが難点

景色がいい。スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。清掃員の方々も元気がいい

This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed.

Room was good, but beds where western and duvets kept falling off. Would have preferred futon beds. Sadly Onsen was out of order which rather spoilt the stay.

온천 사용을 할 수 없어 초대한 지인들도 매우 불편함을 느낌

温泉宿ですが、まず、何か設備に不具合があり室内の浴室は使用出来ませんでした。元々、私は大浴場での入浴を予定していたので問題ではないのですが、妻はガッカリです。 その大浴場も16時のチェックインと同時に早々に入浴をしたかったのですが、『18時からしか利用できません』とのこと。18時まで待っていよいよ入浴したのは良いが、湯温はぬるくイマイチでした。 設備の故障や不具合が起こるのは避けられない場合もあるのは理解しますが、故障に備えて日頃からメンテナンスしておいて欲しい。 温泉を楽しみに訪問しているのですから、そうゆう事情(温泉施設の不具合)は事前に連絡もなかったし、料金のサービスぐらい考えて欲しい。

The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something.

Good value and clean.
