The greatest asset of this hotel is the location in the heart of the old town. Rooms are very spacious, include a kitchenette and are well insulated from noise. The only drawback we found was the attention to detail, which lets this hotel down. Housekeeping only provides a single toilet roll that is akin to tissue paper. Very unusual for a four-star hotel. The kitchenette is a very nice touch but needs a tea towel. There were ongoing maintenance issues with the lift, which meant we had to take the stairs on a couple of the days during our stay. We were also wakened in the morning by what seemed like a faulty alarm. It was noisy and lasted for some time. Aside from these issues, a pleasing stay and we would consider staying again once minor improvements are made.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old city close to everything. It is beautifully decorated and feels very cozy and great taste. The staff was always eager to help and very attentive. We had a fantastic time.

This hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the beautiful old town of Valencia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional which really added to our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and had great attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable we decided to replace our one at home! Absolutely recommended!

The hotel matched the pictures on the website! The staff at the front desk and in the dining room were kind and thoughtful. The air conditioning was adequate and the room was well-appointed and spacious for one person. If I ever return to Valencia, I would happily stay here again for another 12 days!

Great hotel and staff

Great air conditioning rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely plan to come back.

This is a gem of a microhotel. It is only 3 floors and only a few units per floor. It is superbly kept, and the beds and pillows are to die for. We were welcomed by an incredibly warm staff that spoke English and Spanish and were accommodating in every way imaginable. The room welcomed us with a snack, a bottle of wine, an keurig style espresso machine and a lovely note from the maid staff. The safe was easy to program and helpful and the TV had both Spanish and English stations. The daily breakfast buffet was legendary. We were right in the middle of several amazing squares, the central market, and the hustle and bustle of the city. No vehicle required to eat or shop. We honestly felt so at home it was better than staying with family. We stayed for two weeks, and I'm pretty sure that my wife left a piece of her soul in Spain. Stay here and you'll never want to go home!!!
