First day arrival, front desk staff very friendly, polite & respectful. Restaurant staff were very nice. Food was delicious. The bathroom needs to be clean at all times. Went there different days, paper towels were all over on the floor & needs some kind of spray.

Clean and in good condition. Breakfast good.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the ability to check in without any hassles.

Love this place. This is my 2nd visit. Very convenient to everything before heading to Apia

Thank you very much for having recovered $310.65 and $174.04 from Tradewinds Hotel in Pago Pago!

Nice lobby area, cute shop, salon, massage and restaurant. A lot of parking space and safe with security. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Make sure you keep your emails of your reservations. Speak to a manager and get their name. Make sure you have reservations before going to your destination. I had a horrible experience with my reservations. I paid for my hotel before my trip and when arrived they told me its not paid. I paid for room again and now trying to get my refund.

Good hotel in a central part of American Samoa.

Very friendly staff. Efficient airport transfer. Beds are large foam but surprisingly comfortable. Good pillows. Microwave and refrigerator in each room.
