很好 The property was clean and there was electrolytes and water in the fridge. I suspect there had been recently a bug issue because there was a heavy smell of what I think was insecticide and one bug specimen showed up in the master ensuite bathroom. If you plan to iron, mind that the iron wasn’t holding water, it would spill everywhere. Ok if you didn’t use water.
Very poor phonic insulation. Could hear neighbours coming in and out, toilets flushing, shower being taken, etc.

很好 Great location. Clean and spacious rooms with lots of space for storage. The sink in one of the 2 washrooms was leaking during our stay, and maintenance was going to look into it after the weekend. Besides that, everything else in the apartment was working as expected.

Cimmunication was excellent. The dryer takes hours to dry the clothes. Otherwise, everything was convenient and comfortable.

The location was perfect—within walking distance of all the major landmarks, yet tucked away enough to avoid any city noise. Communication with the team was seamless and highly professional. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the staff addressed them in less than thirty minutes. Truly impressive service!

This was such a lovely stay... Comfy beds, Plenty of space and useful amenities such as washer, fridge coffee put with coffee pods to match, tea, etc. Very friendly staff and helpful!!!! I would say it was a lot more expensive though. It was a holiday weekend coming up though with start of holy week.... So maybe that's why ... But still....

Everything was great. The only thing I would complain about is the odour in the apartment. It didn’t smell right also didn’t like the toiletries that were supplied in the bathrooms. It seemed like they were watered down. Also, the pillows could be a lot softer.
