This hotel needs a serious update. The room was small and overall it was overpriced and I feel that I at least deserve a refund.

Rooms need to be soundproofed, television inoperable, mouldy leaky shower, rank shower curtain, dirty water in the sink and toilet, lecherous alcoholic, ineffective staff, no appropriate storage space for clothes or toiletries.

Very basic

The tv didn't work. The staff had to address technical issues each time it was on. The bathroom shower dripped and the toilet floor was wet from a leak. Water was not available one day and when it arrived, it was discolored. The male half of management was not sober and was encouraged to drink with guests on the first day. The female half of management seemed very frustrated with her co worker. These issues need to be addressed.

Awesome location & service

Asha is the a great host! She will make you feel welcome. The location is perfectly nested in proximity to many interesting attractions. I felt safe and comfortable. Great experience!

Asha is an awesome manager! I had aa wonderful experience. No interference, stress, or issues. Everything was A+. Peaceful, clean, walkable, and friendly area. Near major attractions: Savannah, zoo, Queen’s Hall, NAPA, China Town, The Avenue, Malls all within a few kilometres. I highly recommend.

Pros: The staff is friendly, if you drive or have transportation, this is about 10mins away from the avenue and downtown areas. There's a pool, it looks nice (I didn't get in as it was not an interest). Bedding and room was clean. Everything looked like the pics. Area is quiet and residenial. Cons: Area may be unsafe (but that's Trinidad). Nothing happened while I was there but don't go walking around and jogging past 5PM, that goes for the entire country.

The stay was short and sweet Asha was outstanding

Asha is a friendly and lovely person. Very accommodating and great hospitality. I would definitely book in the future if need be
