Wonderful hotel, Beautiful. Terrific breakfast. Late checkout. Excellent dinner restaurant. In all much better than expected. One of the best hotels I have ever been at. Highly recommended. Reasonable price. In the regional city of Changsha. I did not expect this level of quality from a Marriott Hotel.

We had a fabulous and lovely stay and will definitely be back when we visit Changsha again. Room was clean and spacious with good amenities. Hotel staff from concierge to reception to food and beverage to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was of very high quality and had great varieties.

Very pleasant staff and also accommodating. Will visit again and put up here for sure.

Courteous and well informed staff. Helpful. Good English Clean and well designed room. Automatic blinds a real plus. Lovely bath and shower. Toilet was a very modern 'Japan style'

Just Beautiful, Nice building , the staff was great . Morning breakfast buffet was more than I could have asked for . I had a wonderful time ! Now , I am spoiled !

I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi. All in all, we had a fabulous experience in this location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more free weight area in the fitness center, if possible.

The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel.

Can’t go wrong with Marriott and the price was ok. Very good calue
