We had a great stay here! The graffiti coming in was such a cool vibe

Always a clean room and friendly staff! We would prefer to go back to the older check-in method and give info directly to staff instead of using the iPad - hard to juggle when you’re dealing with luggage.

Excellent stay, would love to have been able to have coffee options in the room and water replaced daily. Excellent staff and amazing views. Easy to walk from subways to hotel and navigate around NY, totally recommend

Our room was spotless and I liked that the room was straightened up each day with fresh towels and complimentary water refills in the water carafe. Staff was helpful and friendly. As we walked out the front door for a days adventure, we were greeted with "good morning" and "have a good day". That was appreciated. Thank you!

Everyone was courteous and the check in and check out process was seamless.

Very cool vibes, friendly staff, and great breakfast

This is our second stay at the property and we have to say that this experience was even better this time. I really enjoyed meeting Tim, the GM this visit. The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!

The photos of the room on hotels.com did not accurately represent the room I was given. It was very small with a small window that could not be opened that looked out into a dark internal courtyard. The hotel description states that there is a gym but it is just a small room that can fit one person at a time. As a result, you have to book a time. The treadmill was not working.

It’s all you need for a business trip. Cool bar at the end of Freeman Great Coffee and honest baked goods for breakfast
