The property was clean and spacious. Our host Spyros, was amazing. He even assisted us at one point when we became lost on a walk home as well as assisting us with a private driver to the airport at the end of our stay. A wonderful young woman brought us breakfast in a basket every morning. The food was awesome! The private driver was very friendly and helpful. I would not choose to stay anywhere else while visiting Santorini. I will highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you Spyros for making our stay easy.

Hotel is good, BUT BUT, the way to reach to the hotel especially with the luggage is terrible. You have to walk about 200 meter with up and down hills to reach to the hotel with cobble stone road. The roads are not easy so if u can lift all the weight, it is good hotel.

The property is nice clean and stylish, we enjoyed the private pool as well. The staffs are very helpful with our luggages and transportation.

We actually stayed at a sister property called Karat Suites. It was lovely! We had our own pool and the rooms were execllent. The morning breakfasts delivered to your door were amazing! I loved the amazing touches they provided. The property manager was the most responsive and helped us book a car. If I had a business, I would hire him for his excellence service. I would stay here again.

Our 3 night stay at Fertimo was right up there with some of the best we’ve had, ever. The hotel itself is amazing, very comfortable and clean. Great amenities including a Nespresso machine and coffee, and water bottles. Your own private deck with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the mountains and the ocean. An awesome restaurant, where we ate the best food of our entire trip, about a 5 minute walk uphill from the hotel. All this and the best staff you will ever encounter. Always easily accessible via phone or messaging, and will offer great suggestions on what to see and do on the island. They will happily make transportation arrangements for you, to and from the ferry, if needed. One of us unfortunately suffered a foot injury while there and Spyros, who we will remain eternally grateful to, went above and beyond by taking us to the hospital in his personal vehicle. We wish Spyros and Lakovos the very best, and sincerely thank them for a memorable time on the island. This is the only place we would consider staying if we ever go back to Santorini.

Great property and the owners are extremely accommodating and helpful! They were great to make any arrangements we needed. They setup pickups, drop offs and 4 wheeler rental for us. Location is very peaceful and beautiful. There is a good amount of stairs required to get to the unit. This wasn't an issue for us but important to note.

This was such an amazing property. Clean and close to one of the best restaurants in Santorini. The owner/hosts where incredibly helpful with navigating the island and what most to see.

A clean and stylish hotel located in a tranquil area away from those crazy tourist loaded areas. Since Santorini is a small island, easy to get around with a rental car. Everywhere is like max 30 min car ride. The management is very friendly and helpful. They suggest places to visit and to eat and help make reservations as well. My room is without private hot tub but they are so kind to offer me free usage of one of the hot tubs where the room was not occupied. I am an animal lover. The bonus is a sweet and lovely kitty came visit us everyday during our stay. If I am not living on the other side of the world, I would have taken her back home. Miss the kitty. Just one remark. There are quite some steps to walk up to the hotel on the slope. But hotel staffs will help you carry your lugguages to and from your room when you check in/out.

They are the best host I ever met! They are very friendly, helpful, and have a fast reply. They arrange a car to drive us from the port to the apartment. They provide us a map with many spot and restaurant suggestion. They even drive us to the apratment when we get lost at night. The apartment is clean and stylish. I love the hot tub. It is comfortable and you can enjoy a beautiful view. This place is perfect. The host are perfect. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Everything was excellent and with great details to make our stay great. Also, excellent guiding information at the check in.
