Service and staff excellent. Location and rooms perfect.

I had an amazing time at the Park Hyatt Saigon. It’s close to the center of city. You would have a warm, sweet welcome, i believe.

i travel often, i can honestly say this hotel is very elite in terms of delivering customer service in a luxurious environment. they call me by my name, know my coffee order, etc. tremendous customer service attention. one of the best hotels in all of Asia!

Left at 4am, no breakfast

The hotel is elegant and classy with a great location and the service and staff were top notch. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey so I would recommend including that option within your room rate,

Very nice

From the moment I checked in, the staff set the tone - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That level of service carried throughout my stay, but one moment really stood out. While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail. Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully. The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt.
