Definitely recommend this hotel, very central to get to different points in Rome. Stafff had a warm welcome and very helpful, answered any questions that we had. Rooms were immaculate, always great coming back to the room and the AC was on. No complaints, will definitely be back

Yes the air conditioning worked fine. Shops were close.

Nice staff, great location . Love it!

I had a great time, clean room, friendly staff and the ubicacion walking distance to many restaurants

Beautiful room and bathroom. Very quiet, great AC. Perfect location. Coffee and tea in the room. No working elevator, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

Just not a hotel I would choose normally I found it very impersonal, the girl on the reception didn’t catch her name or introduce herself. We had a late flight had to vacate or room by 10:30am! Told we could leave our luggage in a store room! Told it had a toilet yes but no running water! No AC until May I knew that but couldn’t leave window open because of street noise. Loved the location but would not stay again

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location with amazing staff

The hotel photos bear very little resemblance to the actual rooms and facilities. The hotel is shabby, run down and scruffy. I had no mattress protector on my bed. The walls were chipped and scuffed. The communal carpets were mucky and not vacuumed. I felt very unsafe not having a receptionist from 5pm-9am everyday. The usb point in my room did not work. When pointing out these things to the receptionist on my first day I was told that she couldn’t do anything and she’d only been in the job two days so what did I expect her to do. Would not recommend. I feel the photos online are very misleading.

Good position close to via veneto and Metro in a quiet street with restaurants close by. Our shower door fell off but the staff were attentive in getting it fixed. Our aircon was struggling due to the August heatwave but other rooms seemed cooler. Would recommend for the price so long as you don't mind walking up stairs as the lift is installed but not yet authorised.

The elevator is not working, you have to go through 2 sets of stairs to get to the lobby. Other than that it’s ok.
