Hotel interior is pretty old, some furnitures are not functioning well. cabinet door under the tv keep falling. Small toilet. I remeber the bin was unclear in the 2nd day when I came back.

It was the first five-star hotel in Hanoi and remains an iconic landmark of the city. While the property shows its age after more than 30 years, it still retains the grandeur and elegance of a luxury hotel from its golden era. Considering the price, it offers excellent value, with spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and a sense of history that newer hotels simply cannot replicate.

Most of the time, when I am in Hanoi for business, I usaully stay at Daewoo but lately the staff and the services are very disappointed! Not so friendly, and lack of clear communication. There are many hotels in the areas that is cheaper and offer a better service.

아주 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어요. 위치도 번잡한 호안끼엠, 한인타운 중간지점이라 좋고 롯데마트 바로길건너라 쇼핑하기도 좋아요.

First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me.

I had a wonderful stay in the Club Room at the Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. This is my 7th or 8th stay with them in the club room. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi. Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend the Club Room experience to anyone looking for a premium stay in Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again.
