Staff are nice. I enjoyed our stay here

Near the metro stop, WIFI available, in room instant coffee and tea (not refreshed by staff, but available if requested at the desk. Hair dryer present. Front desk friendly and helpful. The first room I was offered did not match the description on the reservation site, but staff immediately put me in another room, similar to the ad. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, many nearby cafe's were part of the attraction. This is why I chose the 4 rather than 5 star rating, that said, I would stay there again.

We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good. The staff was very friendly and it was really quiet around the area, so sleeping was easy

The room was great. We tried to switch one of our nights and were not able to so we had to forfeit our payment.

Clean room and specious bathroom

What a wonderful stay with a very gracious staff, day or night they were always accommodating, kind, and informative. A lovely hidden gem in Paris.

The room was good. My only real complaint was that it was right next to the elevator so you can hear it going up and down while you are trying to sleep, but eventually you get used to it. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, you just have to wait for it. There were no blankets, so you have bump up the heat. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. It's steps away from the metro station. Definitely recommend it.

My stay at Hotel Montcalm was incredibly cozy. The room was comfortable and the amenities were great!

Ali was so helpful getting us to the right Underground railways. And the breakfast lady was so bubbly and upbeat, I had to try her breakfast because she was just praising it so. It was very good and it was the only breakfast I ate during our time in Paris that had dates. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it also had a nice Garden area towards the back.
