Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get.

Great location

Staff was efficient filling any needs. Breakfast was minimal but staff was friendly. Security was good and room was spacious.

Clean room. More than enough space for 2 people. Clean linens and towels. Aircon works. Staff have manners.

Room was ok, it just seemed a little diry and needed to be recleaned by the staff. Early check in was Impossible unless you wanted to pay 500 pesos for 2 hour early check in. Overall it was ok. almost impossible unless

Extremely convenient. It's attached to a mall so it has a super market, laundry, ATM, food, department store etc. Free shuttle to the main part of town. Also there are always trikes available immediately outside for hire if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. Room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great no issues, hot and cold water was also reliable. During night time the street near the hotel has a lot of street food which is great if you want to try more local stuff.

Highly recommend!!! The room are huge and very spacious.

Good location - attached to a mall a very short walk from a quiet part of the beach. The air conditioning was super loud even at the lowest setting, and not just in our room (maintenance guy was kind to let us check different rooms to see if we could move there, but it was just as bad there). The walls also let through a lot of sound. This made it very hard to sleep. The breakfast would have been perfectly acceptable, but they were apparently understaffed because they repeatedly ran out of coffee, glasses, bread, juice, and more
