Clean room, staff so helpfull, breakfast more food

It was clean and staff was friendly

Lovely rooms with plenty of space, comfy seating and very comfy bed. Useful to have kettle, fridge and microwave. Aircon was not directly pointing to the bed so that was nice. Unusual position/ door to bathroom but not bad. As usual shower head was floppy but plenty of hot water. 10th floor cafe/pool was nice. Food etc was ok but service very slow. Location perfect for exploring near central area. Would recommend.

The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back

Fantastic location just one block from Malioboro Plaza and the vibrant shopping street. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day.

The shops and the shopping malls are very closed by . The staffs are very friendly . The only thing the hotel need to fix is changing the thin toilet paper to better one.

The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury, Javanese hospitality, comfort, and an unbeatable location right in the heart of Yogyakarta. The first impression matters, and this hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and professional. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and warm Indonesian hospitality. They were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. Every staff member I met — from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant staff — showed excellent service standards. They made me feel valued and respected as a guest. If you need help with tours, transportation, or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable and supportive. Location is fantastic, right smack at Jl Malioboro, 10-min walk from the train station, 15-min walk to Mbah Satinem (you gotta eat her breakfast! truly good, not just for the sentimental reasons). We stayed for 5-nites and got a few check-out gifts, which I have never received from any hotels that I've stayed at (nada from Westin, Marriott, Hilton, Ritz, ever!). The only complaints are pricey foods/drinks at poolside areas. There are free-to-use bikes onsite. No issues encountered during the stay, happy with the services!
