Room was clean..staff was excellent..property was well maintained..

I booked this property based on reviews saying it was a 4.4 out of 5. Not even close to that. One of our rooms had an awful chemical smell so we had to get a different one. The rooms themselves appeared clean but the floors were filthy. The main areas were dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. We had to leave a day early as I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The staff and manager were accommodating and comped the second night. I've never had an experience like that before and appreciate their understanding but the property itself is in need of some TLC. The neighborhood is not great either.

Staff were VERY kind and helpful. Metro pick up right by parking lot!

The staff was nice my room was dirty floors had dirt and hair. Towels in the bathroom had stains had to get new ones. We keep having issues with the door lock since it was digital pin pad kept resetting which was very inconvenient because you jad to go down stairs to the lobby to get it fixed. But the location great right im the center of everything. Over all still a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the amenities and the overall relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I needed the hot tub I climbed pikes peak so that helped me rebound

The staff accommodated our 2 rooms so they were closer together upon our arrival. The continental breakfast was just great--many choices! The coffee was way too strong to our liking. The room was fine. The only comment about our room--we would have enjoyed an area rug between the queens to enter and getting out of bed.
