The entrance, lobby and common areas are terrible. Room was small but ok. Is well located but not worth 475.00 a night.

Hotel in need of an update. Even though they have an elevator, you still had to use a few stairs to get to the second elevator.
We chose this hotel because of proximity to Centraal Station.

It was a small room tucked into the main walking path near the station. Very convenient to transit and amenities. It was quiet and had great air conditioning. Just the basics that we needed.

Room was clean
Air conditioning worked very well.
The foyer was having a little work done to upgrade it but it worked well.
Free coffee and breakfast buns all morning.
Location was great very handy for everything
All in all a very nice experience.

AC was class to be fair, and the bathroom was decent enough, although no lock on the bathroom. Hotel staff were lovely, top tier.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They went out of their way to make up two rooms for us quickly, as we arrived early and were very tired from a long flight. The location is close to shopping and the train station. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very small rooms - no seating except on the bed. Stair way very narrow and steep. Very questionable re fire regulations. Bed was comfortable
