Coffee machine is more a show than practice, there’s no instruction of how to use it , no free water provided. Pool was too warm to swim, consiage service was slow and not efficient

Great property. Lovely people. Be ready to spend far more than you budgeted. Hidden fees everywhere and food on-site is very expensive. Nothing is included. However, the cabanas where spectacular, attentive staff, and perfect for relaxation. This is a time share property primarily so they will ask you to sit in that, you can decline. All excursions where planned through outside company. Great $25 beach horse ride from a local. I cannot stress enough to be prepared to spend far more than you budget. Go to the local city market instead and gather food and drink items. No cooking available in rooms.

Amazing!!!

We were there the first week of July and had the best time. We keep coming back to this resort. Property is amazing and close to downtown San Jose del Cabo.

“Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt very safe at all times. The only downside was that the restaurants were a bit overpriced. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.”

Couldn’t recommend this resort enough. It’s the ultimate vacation spot!!!

Great place but they need to fix the elevators. 3 have been broken for atleast a year!!! Not a good look for Hilton!!! Outside of that been going there for 18 years.

it was ok nothing special, the layout was horrible, really easy to get lost, and I broke my foot in the hotel room.

Right now I don’t have anything negative to say about staffer teams, professional and courtesy everyday.
