極佳 This was a nice hotel in a great location to stay for our stop. The staff greeted us immediately and was helpful on the area. She tried to get us a room with a river view but since they were fully booked she couldn’t. The room overall was great but the view outside the window was of a box surrounding the a/c units on the roof since we faced the lobby side so that blocked any view. Hotel is in very close proximity to restaurants and shopping on the other side of the river and the Corning Museum of Glass.

Hotel and room were clean and updated. Breakfast is not included for every room. Daily housekeeping. Located an easy 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants on Market St. 2 minute drive to Corning Glass Factory.

Had a nice four night stay. The room and the staff were very nice. I requested a room that looked out on a river in the distance. Didn’t know that there was a railroad track very close so since we stayed there during week there were trains that came through two or three times very early in the morning with loud whistles! The only issue I had with the property is that the elevator was like a sauna for some reason as well as the area where you go to get your ice. Not sure the reason, but it should definitely be addressed. Hotel was in an excellent location and made it easy to walk or drive to the things we wanted to see. Would recommend hotel if you want to stay in a nice clean hotel convenient to attractions and only a 30 minute drive to the wineries or Watkins Glen.

It is a basic room. The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night
