A very quiet, calm resort. We enjoyed the treehouse and the restaurant.

The staff at Grun are absolutely next level. Some of the best people I've had a chance to stay with. Extremely warm and welcoming. and did everything they could to go above and beyond. I completely enjoyed being at Grun and would absolutely come back.

Such a pristine location. Clean, private and very welcoming.

You have to get a ride if you want to go anywhere. The hotel does offer transportation

Lovely eco resort away from the busier streets. If you want to go elsewhere to eat, shop or spa, you will need to call a Grab which are plentiful and inexpensive. This is a family friendly resort with lots of small children running around. That’s great if that’s what you’re looking for, but may be a bit much if you’re looking for quiet.

What stood out? It’s the peaceful vibe the surrounding nature gives us. We stayed at tree house villa as we needed the extra bedroom for our family of 4. Recommend this for the extra space. Be ready for the resort’s natural surroundings as that’s part of the overall experience.

Lost in the woods, as the hotel's theme suggests, you’re surrounded by nature. Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing and breathe in the fresh, crisp air. While a bike rental is available to explore the nearby bustling areas, you won’t feel the need to leave the hotel, as it offers plenty of activities to enjoy. Relax by the sea-view swimming pool, work out in the fully-equipped gym, or unwind in the pilates and yoga rooms. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the serene night sky, with planes gently taking off and landing in the distance. No need to worry about food – the hotel offers a variety of healthy and delicious options that will satisfy your taste buds. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect destination.

It’s a wonderful place, but we thought the room would be more private. We could hear the snoring in the room besides us. We also didn’t have hot water in the shower so… it’s an expensive place for Bali standards, so we expected more. The staff was great, though!

A few construction work going on in the resort during our stay. Repeated messages on the same questions via whatsapp, friendly though. Extreme, amount of mosquito. Hot water runs out quickly in every shower when using the rainforest shower head. Beautiful pool to watch sunset. 10min grab ride to nearby beaches.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at Grun, the concept and execution of the resort is very successful. We really enjoyed the gym, sauna and spa during our stay and would come back again.
