Great hotel with a wonderful staff.

Cleaning is okey, but room does not have refrigerator. This is very big drawback. We travel a lot and this is first time hotel room does not have refrigerator. Location is great.

Central location in Vienna. Rooms on the small side and look dated. Ok for a short city stay if you want a very central location.

The room was clean. I liked the breakfast room and the breakfast selection. The staff was very nice.

Excellent central location for trains and trams.

Room small, poorly sound proofed and the aircon was badly designed. Staff very helpful, decent location and foyer attractive but would not stay again.

Amazing and helpful staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast . Perfect location.

Awesome selection of coffee drinks. Loved the tub. Very clean. Staff always smiling

The hotel was okay and served the purpose of my one night stay. My only real drawback was the bathroom. The heater's knob pertruded and was extremely close to the toilet. So if you needed to sit on the toilet you had to sit somewhat at an angle. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Friendly staff, great area and had a nice breakfast
