This property does not look like how it does in the pictures. It was extremely ran down. We had an apartment for 4 days and our room was tidied once. The windows opened all the way up- wasn't sure how safe that made me feel knowing i had to open them to stay cool and anyone could climb in. No fan in the room. carpet hasn't been updated in 30+ years and it's caked in dirt. which stunk. and all cooking appliances and kettle were locked up in our room. There was no help offered at reception for bags. Breakfast on the other hand was okay- but always very busy.

The hotel was really relaxed and the size and temperature of the pool excellent. My fault, I did not note the rooms did not have AC and it was very hot. However, reception were helpful and provided fans which we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and we did not notice the sound of the trains. Our youngest struggled with the food a little but overall, the hotel is truly excellent and staff helpful.

It's a 2nd time we stayed here. Love the views and the food. Lovely base for hiking. You don't even need a car. We get a bus from Munich. The hotel has a heated swimming pool, sauna, large gym. Looking forward to coming here again in the winter.

The breakfast was wonderful, dinner too. Though finding a table could be hard. Hotel a little dated, but rooms are spacious. Ours was a bit far from reception but connected by underground tunnels. Parking cost 15 Euro a night. Drinks very expensive. Water was 7.50 euros. If you take the meal package you must pay additional £30 euro for the kitchen facility but worth it. Carpets need renewing. Pool was large and lovely with super mountain views.

Excellent hotel with outstanding customer service. Room was excellent! The gym was pretty good too :)

Great location... staff was very accommodating. They have amenities to fit everyone.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in the area! Clean ans and spacious rooms, great food, and the staff are amazing!

Our room was up 16 flights of stairs. There were no elevators so we had to drag our suitcases drom the farage (extra charge) thru the tunnels, and up the spiral staircases that ultimately led to our room. While the room was clean and spacious it certainly wasnt worth the climb. On a positive note, the breakfast was great.

My stay was wonderful. The place was spacious, clean, and very tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!”
