It is very easy to get to from the airport by the the limo bus and close to subway stations. There’s no front desk so check in was all done online but the staff was very responsive. Good for anyone needing a longer stay.

Great place to travel anywhere in seoul !

Thank you for everything

I had a really pleasant stay at this apartment hotel. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with lots of natural light. It also has a great lighting system with different lights and ambient lighting, which makes the space feel bright, cozy, and well-designed. The location is very convenient; Gangnam is around 15 minutes away by car, and it’s easy to get to many central areas of Seoul. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of storage space, blackout curtains, and even a clothing LG steaming closet. The service was excellent, very efficient and quick. Whenever I needed to ask something, get information, or arrange housekeeping, everything was handled smoothly and rapidly. There’s also Zizel Bakery downstairs, which is very convenient for coffee, breakfast, or a quick snack. Overall, it’s a clean, modern, and well-located place to stay in Seoul. I would definitely recommend it.

It was clean and cozy.

Surrounded by few construction sites. As it is a Residence, there is no front desk and very limited option to get any services. It's good for people just need a place to sleep without any frills.

Good

I have been staying there since they opened, but they are not well maintaining the rooms. They do fix some of the things when you mention, but they are rather obvious and should be noticed by them.

The hotel needs to urgently address the lack of information and instruction in English.

Dirty, no response, no cumminication,
