Excelente ubicación, habitación funcional con todos los servicios

No me gustó que no tenía aire acondicionado y hace un calor espantoso

The area that the apartment is in is very nice. However the actual building looks semi abandoned and the room was okay looking. However, when we walked in there were a bunch of ants that were crawling around the entire room (including the bed) which made it quite uncomfortable. Later the same day we got there, there were so many flies and ants that came in through the window that covered the entire room. So much that we had to leave the property early. Unfortunate.

I would stay here again. Great location, loved the neighborhood. Loved walking around in the morning. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower. No A/C but I think that is common. I would have loved a fan for sleeping. Thank you! It was great for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Bonjour J'ai réservé en ligne et ai bien reçu la confirmation de la réservation. Je suis en déplacement professionnel. Arrivée à18h30 à l'adresse 27 rue Nicolo, personne à la réception et je n'ai reçu aucun code pour entrer dans l'immeuble et accéder à la chambre. Mais à l'interphone, possibilité de joindre un numéro à l'étranger que j'appelle: on me dit qu'il n'y a aucune réservation à mon nom bien que je puisse communiquer la référence de la réservation. J'insiste en vain. J'ai perdu 1h à essayer d'avoir quelqu'un en ligne pour apprendre que je n'ai pas de chambre. Je cherche donc un autre hôtel. Il est 20h quand je reçois un mail signifiant que je n'ai pas encore payé la taxe de séjour de la chambre rue NICOLO ! et cette fois avec un numéro tel français. Je communique alors avec une jeune femme efficace et sympathique qui m'adresse enfin les codes. C'est beaucoup de fatigue et de stress après une longue journée de travail. Chambre propre mais sans fer à repasser alors qu'il fait chaud et que c'est un minimum de fournir un fer quand on travaille et que nos vêtements ont souffert dans une valise; on a tous une robe ou une chemise à défroisser. Pas de clim mais un ventilateur. Pas d'ascenseur non plus. Le minimum quand on encaisse une réservation c'est bien d'adresser les codes quand on est capable d'envoyer sur la même adresse la demande de paiement de la taxe de séjour. Vous l'avez compris, je ne suis pas contente.

It was good for my daughter and I. Close enough to the Eiffle Tower and Batobus that we could walk back and forth as needed. Clean and easy access!

Property was clean. Very nice. But air conditioning not working. We tried to reach property by WhatsApp and call but they never replied. We had to turn all fans and open windows so we can sleep. After check out we could not keep our luggage for few hours, nobody was present for breakfast. No food available. No water or coffee. No elevator This place is near to attractions and nice cafes around area.
