Beautiful property with an interesting theme. I wish I had more time to explore. This B&B is located perfectly close to the water. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in under a minute and enjoy a scenic walk by the waters, have dinner, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety for everyone's preference. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll maintained. However we did see some mold around the shower area.

Great, comfortable, clean and cool!

I absolutely loved this place. It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. But the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was excellent. The location seems a little off the main path, but turned out to be great. It is just one block away from the waterfront. Although there were several great public transportation options just a block away, even with my room in the front of the hotel it was quiet. It felt like I had a safe, clean, friendly home while I was in Naples.

Victoria was the best! He assisted us from the moment we walked up to the tiny door. He provided a map with all outstanding suggestions. He made our last night in Naples AMAZING! I will be back. Ciao!

Parking issue and elevator very small to fit lagages

Very elegant rooms with AC, WiFi, and extremely nice staff. We felt safe and taken care of the whole trip!

The staff were excellent and they speak english and very good in assisting us. The location of the palace is perfect who wish to visit Scappa Napoli and Castel del Ouvo
