Air climatisé très très pauvre ne fonctionnait pas bien et aucun effort pour régler le problème

Excellent position . Staff nice . Good lifts . Breakfast was adequate - earlier would been better . No kettle in room which we disliked . The Room girls were nice .

They were putting a subway line and there was rumbling day and night. The elevator was tiny. Barely room for 2 people. The front desk guy wouldn't check us in until we found our receipt. The bed was like a brick. Breakfast was good. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Very close to the port. We would have walked to the cruise port except the Ramblas was torn up and very uneven walking surface. Staff was excellent and courteous. If going to cruise port have taxi put meter on when you begin. He did not do this but punched a button and 47 euros was the fee. Airport to hotel was less with twice the distance grabbing a taxi outside arrival door.

Great location

It was ok. Nothing special. Price wasn’t great and the neighbourhood is noisy.

Victor who checked us in was fantastic! Helpful, attentive, and mindful of our needs. He lend us an outlet adapter without any questions and helped us find restaurants and places to go. As far as the place location, it was excellent. Walking distance to everything you wanted to see, and if you were arriving by train, the metro station was two blocks away. Walkable even with large suitcases and elevator to take you down to the platform from there you can go to the main Sant train station and bus station. If we had known, we would not have spent 30+ euros on a Uber from the station to the hotel. A room was excellent, it had a private patio could not beat it!

Les chambre et la terrasse sont éteints bonne. Sur toute la terrasse a eu une vue magnifique, mais pas propre. Même chose pour la chambre.Les serviettes sont changés chaque jour, mais la baignoire pas lavé pendant notre séjour.
