The Orchid Hotel featured impeccably maintained and clean accommodations, offering a picturesque view from our room and in close proximity to the Mumbai Domestic and International Airport. The on-site restaurants were strategically designed. The hotel personnel, encompassing security, concierge, reception, and dining staff, demonstrated exceptional cooperation and consistently maintained a friendly and pleasant demeanor. Our stay at the hotel spanned a satisfactory two-day period. We anticipate returning on our next visit to Mumbai.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. However, the property is jaded and rooms need renovation. Breakfast should have been included for deluxe rooms. Overall, good location closer to airport.

Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff and good food (a bit over priced). Overall an excellent stay and experience.

Had a terrible experience while my stay at Orchid hotel ville parle. Breakfast time was stressful and staff were running like a headless chicken from one table to another. Big long queue was outside restaurant for breakfast.
If they are not compromising on their price, why did they expect guests to compromise??
Their breakfast hall area isn't big enough for guests, it is not guests problem.
Overall, service isn't as good as they charging. I will not book this hotel again.
