Large room, a kettle was provided and more coffee pods, iron in room. The area was good for public transport and walking to the city. Would recommend sticking to main roads at night.

Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants.

This place is set in a beautiful part of Brussels. If you walk a few minutes to Rue de congrés there's a lovely open vibrant square with bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the Brussels Nord train station that will take you direct to Bruges or Ghant. The hotels has spectacular views, we were on the 8th floor so we could see Atonium and views across the city. We travelled as two adults and a young child. When we initially got into the room there was only a super king bed. I'm not sure if they expected our child to sleep with us but we phoned reception to query this and someone arrived to set up a separate bed within minutes. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we were to ever return.

Les gaufres au petit déjeuner ne sont vraiment pas bonnes (sèches et froides). Le sirop d'érable n'est pas du vrai sirop d'érable. Le personnel au comptoir semble froid. Le personnel au bar est sympathique.

Excellent breakfast option, eggs, meats, cheese, fruit, pastries, yogurt, juices. Waffles, pancakes, champagne, coffees

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The towels are very thick and long and of great quality. The quirkiness of the elevators and room decoration are terrific. It brings a unique vibe to the hotel. The breakfast buffet selections is one of the best I ever had. It was noise free during the week and great to sleep. However Friday night extremly loud music from a venue away and independent of the hotel could be heard. It it not the hotels fault and out of their control but it must be pointed out.
