The staff were excellent and without fault, however the location was very noisy every night until 10pm due to street entertainment. What this means is that the hotel needs to invest in better soundproofing of the windows for their suites and bedrooms.

room was spotless and clean. well appointed and well lit. lovely breakfast. extremely well situated within walking distance to shops and cafe’s

Room is clean and staff are very good

This hotel is the place to stay in Belgrade. It’s in the middle of everything. And yet, you’ll have a quit sleep because the y have excellent acoustic insulation. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast on offer is sumptuous.

An ideal location for walk in the city centre, at the heart of Belgrade. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly.

Business trip, nice hotel located very centrally. Hot room, couldn’t alter thermostat so had to open window and very loud outside

Great location on main mall street. Lots of activities near by. Helpful staff and spacious rooms. Affordable parking near by.

Good location in city centre

This was a nice and clean hotel. It is located near many sites (walkable) and there are many restaurants nearby. It had a great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very good apart from the wifi which is not good enough for work with big files
