極佳 We had an absolutely amazing stay at Courtyard Edmonton Downtown while celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. We were welcomed with delicious snacks and a beautiful handwritten congratulations card, such a thoughtful and personal touch that truly made us feel valued and appreciated.
The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room had a beautiful view, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, and every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service.
Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories on this milestone anniversary. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Edmonton and highly recommend Courtyard Edmonton Downtown to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality.

低於平均 The rooms were not clean. The glassware was dirty when we arrived. Same with the pillows they had grease stains on them. The bathroom was not cleaned well. Over all the property felt very run down. The location was probably the better part about it because you could walk most places. The staff was very pushy on over charges as well I had to tell them 3 times we did not have a vehicle to park there which they attempted to charge $45 per day. Would not recommend for the price it was definitely not worth it.

很好 Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean. No parkade parking for trucks/suvs but lots of available above ground parking for $45 a night. The restaurant patio has beautiful views 😍
