I'd say our stay was average. The room was clean, except for the windows which were covered in hand prints. Both of the silver finish plates around the shower controls were loose and not attached to the walls. The restaurant food was ok......I saw customers wait for accompanying sides well after their mains were delivered. We ordered 1 large glass of house white and 1 red with our meal. The white came in a large glass but the red came in a small glass filled to the brim as they had no large glasses left. They were advertising 2 cocktails for £15. There were 6 or 7 cocktails on the menu. Only 3 of which they had all the ingredients for. We ordered cocktails in the bar about 6pm. Only one was delivered in a cocktail glass as they'd run out of cocktail glasses! We were the only ones having cocktails 😒. It's the little things that matter.

Rooms need to be modernised

Quite easily the worst breakfast i have ever had. Cooked breakfast was 10 mins late arriving for an 8 oclock start time. The bacon was just cooked. The Sausage was terrible i left most. The Fried eggs took another 10 minutes top arrive when they did the bottom of the egg was cooked, the tops were semi cooked and the egg tray had several MM of oil covering everything, the mushrooms had some sort of unidentifiable sweet taste ... ? Overall the worst breakfast I have had I would say. On the plus side all the bedding and towels were clean, but only because you must outsource the supply. Hopefully I'll never stay there or any any of your overseas properties (COMPASS HOSPITALITY HOTELS) again. Thanks for asking, I've told my friends, and business contacts. Dave.

Lovely big room with a sea view. Extremely hot inside.

Definitely not for disabled customers with walking problems due to lack of parking. Staff are rude didn’t use any facilities glad we were only there a night.

Can’t fault the lovely receptionists - very helpful Perfect location but in dire need of an upgrade if the £200 b&b rate remain. Room was not clean and the mean towel rationing ridiculous. The soaps / shampoos clearly diluted to cut costs too. I’d rather pay half the rate & bring my own gear. Close off half the rooms & refurb them and then the other half and the location itself would bring us all back but not until then - such a shame 😟

Only here for one night but brilliant. Highly recommend.

Run down not 4 star at all

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated, but guess it would cost alot to refurnish.

Good location & seaview. The property was dated & our room/hallway had an unpleasant smell. Staff were friendly on check-in.
