Amazing experience, will definitely do it again!

The Futurotel was clean, well located with a friendly staff. However, it is a capsule hotel, with each bed in a sealable capsule. All guests gets a locker close to their capsule. There are a number of pods with about 6 capsules and a washroom in each. It was fine and kind of fun for one night but I think it would be inconvenient for a longer stay

The pods were interesting. Not the most comfortable but ok for a night. You can hear everyone else around you. Not the end of the world. They should list the additional costs ahead of time so you are prepared. Overall a decent experience and no serious complaints

Great option if you’re looking for a place to crash and sleep. Secure cubicle & lockers. I was fortunate enough to not be disturbed by neighbours. Only con was I tried to arrange the shuttle service from the airport a few days in advance and had no response via messages. Apparently the phone centre was a separate service which was not clearly relayed via information provided

For what this type of hotel is, they do a great job. It’s walking distance from town center. Staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. They have fun and useful amenities- air hockey, electric scooters. The showers have multiple dispensers, offering chooses of body wash and shampoo. It’s got a youth hostel vibe. But the pods provide more privacy than bunk beds. I would have liked better vending machines in the lobby, and the tv in my pod didn’t work. But I’d totally stay there again.

Better know what a “capsule” is before you stay here. Very futuristic hotel. The “rooms” are small compartment stacked one above the other. Basically just a bed. Bathroom is separate and shared. Offer a number of extras but every one costs . . . A lot. Good thing - it’s well located.

Welcoming and friendly front desk staff. As for the pod, great idea in theory, however there was little to no soundproofing. I could hear buzzing of people’s cell phones and alarms going off in the pod next to me and heard every conversation next to me and within the dorm area. More privacy in the pod than a hostel, but be sure to take noise cancelling headphones to sleep. The pods ‘look’ like they are designed to be soundproofed… but it was paper thin construction. Everything else was great, comfortable mattress, 2 towels provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Very clean staff were lovely, nice area close to beach and city very quiet and welcoming hostel
