It was 32 degrees outside, the AC did not work. Picked up phone to call the front desk and it didn’t work. The TV reception was horrible! When I checked out and mentioned the AC:The person told me that I would have to have the AC turned on by the front desk. No where was there a sign to state this information. But one would think that when it’s 32 degrees the AC would be automatically switched on

Overall experience okay until noticing the mattress the next morning. The sides of the mattress were stained yellow and had holes all over the sides too grossed out to pull off the sheets fully and see the entirety of the mattress. With the price of hotels in Calgary you would think mattresses would be replaced regularly.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was also relatively clean, but the maintenance of the rooms and the building is the bare minimum. Parking is free.

Shower, TV not working and used and dirty bedsheets was just shoved in a corner. If you plan to sleep and do nothing it's okay. If you want to relax, drink some coffee or tea while resting defenitly try the other nearby hotels they may have better services,amenities, and working tv and shower.

Disappointing stay. The property was poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, and offered very limited facilities. There was no housekeeping service during our stay, so we had to change the bed sheets ourselves. The sheets provided were dirty and stained, even after we requested fresh ones. Once we removed the sheets, we found the mattress in terrible condition—it was heavily stained, dirty, and appeared to have old blood stains. The washroom ventilation was also not working, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. While I understand that this may not have been something that could be fixed immediately, it added to an already unpleasant experience. Overall, the level of cleanliness and maintenance was far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
