Not recommended at all , stairs to carry your luggage, just a good location

The room was big and we were allowed to put our bags in early which was so helpful as otherwise we would have been carrying them around the city with us. Breakfast was lovely.

Back at the Leonardo for the fourth time, perfect for four nights visiting my daughter, grandchildren and brother in Utrecht. Single room with air conditioning, clean and comfortable, great breakfast, very helpful staff.

Great location, but needs significant renovations.

The air conditioner was working well the first night but the second night it was not cooling the room. It was quite hot out that day, so coming back to a warmer room was less pleasant. We ended up using the oscillating fan to cool off a bit. The floor of the shower is quite slick. The beds are not very soft so a little hard to get a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location near plenty of shops and restaurants. Not too far from the train station. Recommend cutting though the mall to get there. Is it a much smoother experience when pulling suitcased.

The room was so dirty that I could not stay and had to book another hotel

Room was clean and the staff are very helpfull...filipina from housekeeping is very helpfull. We did not breakfast at the hotel
