The room was so dirty that I could not stay and had to book another hotel

Room was clean and the staff are very helpfull...filipina from housekeeping is very helpfull. We did not breakfast at the hotel

It’s fine, a little shabby, good location and affordable.

This isn’t 4star hotel. The bathroom is too narrow and the window isn’t double glazed so you can hear all outside noise to your room. I stayed 5nights at the hotel and couldn’t sleep nicely even one single night

Coffee machine in the room did not work but other than that very good

Main benefit is the location of the hotel, close to central station, shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and needs a major refurb. The rooms is big, very dim as no main lights as only wall lights. Not very cosy or comfortable.

Incredible and kind front desk. I stayed there a week and they took excellent care of me. Over and beyond care. I will always remember the Leonardo Utrecht front desk staff. Great location, easy to walk to the train station and into the University. Gorgeous room with wonderful window light and view of the tower.

The path to the room ran under the hotel and getting to the room and back was more of a hassle than I like. Also the room was in the basement, and it was too many euros for the level of comfort I actually got.
